The Beavers Lounge at Los Angeles Trade-Tech College is a designated space where students in need can access resources, relax, and find community support. The Foster & Kinship Care Education (FKCE) / Guardian Scholars Program program at Los Angeles Trade-Tech College provides training and support for foster and kinship caregivers. The Los Angeles College Promise (LACP) at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) offers first-time, full-time students two years of free tuition, regardless of age, income, academic standing, or immigration status. Participants benefit from priority registration, a dedicated Student Success Coach, and additional support services, including a free Chromebook. The program also provides opportunities for international travel and summer jobs or internships. Reentry Pathway to Success at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) is committed to supporting formerly incarcerated individuals through its Reentry Pathway to Success program. This initiative offers personalized assistance with college enrollment, financial aid applications, and course registration. Participants can access academic counseling, tutoring, health services, and referrals to community resources for housing, mental health support, and legal assistance. Umoja is a community and support program at Los Angeles Trade-Tech College focused on enhancing the educational experience of African American and other students. Student Networks & Campus Connections

This section highlights student-led clubs and networks that support undocumented students, as well as contact information for other Dream Resource Centers across campuses. Whether you want to find support, advocacy, or just connect with others who share similar experiences, this is a great place to start.
Respect Immigrant Students' Education (RISE) was founded in 2007 by Puente and non-Puente students who felt the need to start a club that would serve as a support network for undocumented students. RISE's mission is to provide academic guidance and moral support, educational information, and scholarship opportunities to students, regardless of their background. It also counts on the support of administrators, faculty and counselors as well as the Dream Resource Center.
