Enrollment Fee

California Residents Tuition Fee

  • Enrollment Fee: $46 per Unit
  • Health Services Fee: $19 per Semester
  • Student Representative Fee: $2 per Semester
  • Parking Fee - General Parking: $20 per Semester
  • Parking Fee - Preferred Parking: $27 per Semester
    • Olive Street Parking Facility – Entrance: Olive St., between Washington Bl. and 21st St.
    • Roof Lot (B1 ATM BuiIding) – Entrance: Southbound Flower St., between 22 St. and 23rd St.
  • Associated Student Fee: $7 per Semester

  • Enrollment Fee: $46 per Unit
  • Health Services Fee: $16 per Semester
  • Student Representative Fee: $2 per Semester
  • Parking Fee - General Parking Intersession: $10 per Semester
    • For Summer & Winter Sessions, General Student Parking Permits are accepted in Preferred Student Parking areas
  • Associated Student Fee: $3 per Semester

Non-Resident Tuition Fee

Effective Summer 2009, the availability of Non-Resident Tuition Waiver is based on three additional factors:

  1. The student is a citizen and a resident of a foreign country;
  2. The student is legally precluded from establishing residency in California;
  3. The student has an individual financial need

All of the above three conditions must be met to qualify for a Non-Resident Tuition Waiver.

  • Out-Of-State Enrollment Fee 2023-2024: $342 per Unit
    • $342 per unit + enrollment fee of $46 per unit
  • Out-Of-State Enrollment Fee 2022-2023: $332 per Unit
    • $332 per unit + enrollment fee of $46 per unit
  • Foreign Citizens Enrollment Fee 2023-2024: $342 per Unit
    • $342 per unit + the enrollment fee of $46 per unit; plus a $25 SEVIS fee
  • Foreign Citizens Enrollment Fee 2022-2023: $332 per Unit
    • $332 per unit + the enrollment fee of $46 per unit; plus a $25 SEVIS fee

All of the above three conditions must be met to qualify for a Non-Resident Tuition Waiver (see the Forms page).

Paying Fees

Students can pay their fees in one of three ways:

  1. Online (using the SIS – PeopleSoft)
  2. Bridges Office located in Student Support Center, D3-105 credit and debit card ONLY
  3. Business Office located in Administration/Services Building, E5 1st Floor Lobby cash or credit

** Failure to pay fees will result in a hold on the student’s record which can prevent a student from registering in classes the following semester. To avoid such holds students must make their mandatory fee payments within the first four weeks of their current semester or make additional payment arrangements with the Business Office located in Student Support Center, D3-105 ****

Associate Student Organization (ASO) programs are supported by a membership fee (see the Fees page for more details), available at the Business Office, for day and evening students. These fees are necessary to utilize ASO services. Any student, upon enrolling, is eligible to become a paid member of the Associated Student Organization. Associated Student Organization members are entitled to all rights and privileges, including preferred parking, loan application, dances, athletic contests, and all activities of the Associated Students.
