SAP Online Appeal Form

If you are enrolled in the Summer 2020 classes,

Log in or register as a new user using your LACCD email address and create a password

Complete the GetSAP workshop with a passing 70%

Save the Congratulatory Completion Certificate Page as a PDF you will upload with your completed Appeal Form.

Once you have successfully passed the Online GetSAP workshop you may then access the online appeal form. http://lattc.verifymyfafsa.com/

Please monitor your LACCD student email for SAP notifications & instructions on how to submit your appeal in the Summer 2020.
