Join the LATTC Student Health Center's Behavioral Health Team for an engaging workshop to explore the Japanese concept of "Ikigai" which means your "reason for being". Learn ways to create meaningful decisions and explore evidence-based, solution-focused approaches to dealing with personal challenges and uncertainties.
