Outreach Services

Your students will be given a brief overview by an outreach representative of the 9 academic pathways and student services offered at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. The presentation will also provide information on the steps of enrollment.
(Estimated time: 45 minutes)

An outreach representative will assist students with applying to Los Angeles Trade Technical College for the upcoming semester in your internet-ready computer lab. A minimum of 10 students must be in attendance to provide an Application Workshop.
(Estimated time: 1 hour)

An outreach representative will set up a table with literature about the services offered at Los Angeles Trade Technical College and will answer questions students may have. This service may also be provided on a scheduled basis (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) if requested.

Students will be given an overview of available FAFSA and/or Califonia Dream Act and the application process by a Financial Aid staff member, Dream Resource Center staff member, or outreach representative.
(Estimated time: 30-45 mins)

A DSPS representative will come to your campus to host a workshop on the DSPS program offerings and the intake process. Recommended for transition teachers, students, and guardians.

Our goals for Counselor Day 2024 are:

1. Inform our high school partners of the enrollment processes at LATTC to better prepare future students.
2. Highlight our Pathways and educational programs offered at LATTC.
3. Create awareness of student support services offered at LATTC and how students can take advantage of supportive services.
