2025 CCC2HBCU Fall Caravan

LATTC is excited to welcome/host the CCC2HBCU Caravan, a two-week outreach initiative that connects California Community College students with partner Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to Trade-Tech!
Since 2015, the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office has built and sustained strong transfer partnerships with HBCUs, creating guaranteed pathways for students to complete their bachelor’s degrees. Through this program, any CCC student may transfer to a partner HBCU with an approved Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) or with a minimum of 30 transferable units.
During the Caravan, partner HBCUs will visit our campus to engage with students directly, highlighting the unique academic, cultural, and community opportunities their campuses offer. This is a powerful opportunity for our students to learn more about transferring and thriving at an HBCU.
We encourage students, faculty, and community members to join us! Together, we are building stronger transfer pathways and opening doors for CCC students to continue their educational journey at partner HBCUs.
