Greetings, and thank you for your interest in Los Angeles Trade-Technical College! Whether you are a prospective student, continuing student, community member, faithful partner, or simply interested in learning more about our institution, welcome.  

Trade-Tech is approaching an exciting moment in our college’s history as we will soon celebrate our centennial in 2025. For nearly 100 years, Trade-Tech has been educating students and providing them with the knowledge and training to succeed in careers throughout the local and global economy. If you are joining us on your educational journey, please be assured that our expert faculty and classified professionals are committed to providing you the very best in career training, transfer education, and student support. 

Trade-Tech is proud to be recognized as a leader in workforce education. The college has stewarded partnerships and grants with federal, state, and foundation organizations that include the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the California Community College Chancellor’s Office, the Irvine Foundation, the Ford Foundation, Bank of America, and more. Our college boasts a high record of accomplishment for meeting the goals and outcomes of our projects, bringing the leadership, coordination, and management needed to make meaningful impacts on our students and community.

In addition to our innovative career and academic programs and real-world learning opportunities, Trade-Tech offers a full scale of wraparound student services, including resources for food, housing, and mental health needs. I encourage new and continuing students to visit our Bridges to Success welcome center for more information on how we can best serve you. Also, be sure to explore our wide array of on-campus clubs and organizations that will allow you to connect with others from your new college community.
