California’s system of colleges and universities is larger than any other state in the United States. There are over 3.2 million students studying at California’s higher education institutions and 52,945 undergraduates and 30,347 graduate students enrolled exclusively online. Among these, 3,671 are International students. There are 404 fully online programs offered and many are among those listed as the best online colleges in CA. Many of the schools listed in the best online colleges in California are also listed in the overall ranking of the best colleges in the U.S.
