Apply & Complete Supplemental Application for Admissions
You must meet with your High School Counselor to complete the K-12 Form as follows:
Part I – Complete student personal information and sign, parent or guardian signature is required for students under the age of 18, as well as Parent/Guardian information sheet.
Part II and III– High School Counselor (official) must complete Part II by entering courses recommended for student and by completed all requested information in Part III including printed name and title, signature (original signature required) and school’s information.
ALL signatures must be original as stated in the application. K-12 forms with copied or stamped signatures will not be accepted.
- Students who wish to enroll in English and Math must take the College Assessment and have a placement on or above English 101 and/or Math 125.
Students who wish to enroll in English and Math must go through the college assessment process by taking the Accuplacer test based on their TABE test scores and have a placement on or above English 101 and/or Math 125. (As of Fall 2009 Eng 28 and Math 115 are Non-Degree Applicable courses)
A parent or guardian of a highly gifted and talented pupil who is not enrolled in a public school may directly petition LATTC to authorize attendance as a part time or special full-time student on the grounds that the pupil would benefit from advanced scholastic or vocational work available at the college. Complete K-12 application (Part III not required), along with K-12 Special Admissions Petition Form and submit to Bridges to Success Center.
- Contact the LATTC Bridge to College Program for an orientation appointment . New student must attend a mandatory Orientation accompanied by a parent or guardian.
You must submit your application prior to signing up for an orientation.
