This course will develop the necessary skills needed for proper installation, servicing and troubleshooting of natural gas furnaces. Topics include principles of gas combustion, gas ignition, controls, installation and ventilation. Air- and gas flow-flow measurements and temperatures are recorded to calculate actual heat output and system efficiency.
