Brief Course Description: Fundamentals of Real Estate law.

Detailed Course Description: This is an introductory course in Real Estate law. Emphasis is placed upon the study of Contracts, Agency, Negotiable Instruments, Personal Property, Sales, Forms of Business Torts, Current Ownership of Land and Goods, and Real Property. Attention is also given to logical reasoning and the application of rules of law to everyday affairs in business.
