This course teaches applied computations skills as they are used in the mortgage finance industry.Students will learn to calculate income,expenses & monthly mortgage payments.Students will learn percentage & ratio computations to determine loan-to-value,debt service & qualifying calculations for loan underwriting.Students will solve mortgage processing,underwrting & funding problems.
