Strategic Plan work groups

Between April and May, 2008, 4 work groups met to work on our 4 strategic priorities. The results are more focused priorities complete with objectives.

Strategic Plan and Strategic Education Plan Updates

A comprehensive Strategic Education Plan was put together to help focus on new and current programs that are projected to be growing in our service area. This plan reflects this data as well as the efforts of the Strategic Plan Steering Committee as these plans are linked.

Strategic Plan and Strategic Ed Plan presentations

Drafts of the Strategic Plan and Strategic Ed Plan were presented to the following committees for review and comment: Ed Policy Committee, College Council, and Academic Senate. It was also presented to the District Planning Committee on 3/5/08.

The Strategic Plan, Strategic Ed Plan, and Facilities Plan were presented to the campus community at a Town Hall meeting on 5/22/08. Check out the following link for an updated version of the Plan.
