Calif. Business Leaders Gather at LATTC
 California community college chancellor Mark Drummond and several statewide education leaders were given the grand tour of Los Angeles Trade-Technical College while being hosted by our president Chip Chapdelaine. Drummond is leaving his state post to return as chancellor of the Los Angeles Community College District, a position he held several years ago. The group visited several of the career-technical areas along with some liberal arts classes. They took a look at the South side construction areas from the upper floors of the D building. Then Drummond hosted a luncheon with business leaders and had them sample a wonderful meal from the culinary arts department. He mentioned that the campus never looked better. 070626 |
