How do I order my TradeTech transcripts?
A transcript is an official record of all the courses you completed at TradeTech College and the grade you received.
It will also include any degrees you were awarded by TradeTech, as well as honors such as placement on the Dean's list or membership in Alpha Gamma Sigma. If you are requesting your transcript to be sent to another school, keep in mind that most schools only consider the transcript "official" if they receive it in the original sealed envelope.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept faxed transcript requests. To request your transcript please send a written request, including the following information:
- Name
- Any former Names
- Social Security Number or college assigned ID number
- Birthdate
- Dates of Attendance
- Number of copies required
- Where transcripts are to be sent
- Your signature
- Payment by personal check made out to "Los Angeles TradeTech College"
You are entitled to 2 transcripts or verifications of enrollment free of charge. After that the charge for transcripts is $3.00 each. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for your transcript to be sent. You may view your transcripts on line.
An emergency transcript service is available (except during times when end of semester grades are being processed). With emergency service, you will receive your transcript on the spot unless you attended before 1974. If you mail in a request for emergency service, your transcript will be mailed within 2-3 working days from the date the request is received. There is an extra $7.00 processing fee for emergency service, bringing the total charge for EACH emergency transcript to $10.00. Send transcript requests to:
