Here's how to request
conference or tuition reimbursement funds:
- Conference
forms are available via the web.
- Submit the
typed or computer generated form to your department chair, Associate
Dean or Dean for approval. The completed form must include the signature
of your department chair, and vice president.
- The form is
submitted to the Professional Growth Committee for approval and
funding. Members of the committee include Dorien Grunbaum, Elton
Robinson, Ken Nakano and Alicia Rodquiez-Estradra
- Final approval
and signature comes from the Office of the President. The President's
Office will record the document and send it to the Business Office
for processing.
- After The Conference:
- Submit your
claim, receipts and conference reports within ten (10) business
days to the Office of the President for reimbursement. Allowable
expenses are listed on the web.
- Travel advances
may be requested to cover expenses such as conference registration.
This form is available in the President's Office and should be submitted
to Accounts Payable at the District office.
- Be prepared
to share information and resources gathered at the conference with
colleagues.
