You will be mailed a copy of the assignment notification from the District Office once the assignment has completed the process at the District Office. Contact Richard Barron, ext. 3982 if you experience difficulties getting your assignment processed or compensation.
How is an assignment processed?
  1. An "RPA" is initiated by your department chair or associate dean.

If you have an extra assignment which exceeds 28 hrs. per pay period, an overload letter will need to be processed by The Office of Academic Affairs and approved.
