EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

•  The Contractor selection process is in final stages for relocation of CPM to the LRC Basement office.   A draft of the NTP contract documents has been reviewed and approved by DMJM/JGM for CPM to issue NTP to Polaris Electric, the qualified low bidder.   Construction/renovation is expected to start in early February.

•  The CPM is in the process of RFC preparation to seek transfer of $155,000 from the Rebaseline-reimbursable amount to cover the cost of CPM relocation cost to LRC Basement and labor cost of the student intern.

•  The South Campus 100% Design Documents are with DSA.   All attempts are being made to expedite the process.   CSS has been selected to perform constructability review.   The constructability review comments, together with other review comments including those from CPM will be compiled together for transmittal to MDA JF the architect.

•  A meeting was held to resolve discrepancies between the CPM chart of accounts and the DMJM/JGM chart of accounts.   The CPM has taken the task to prepare recommendation on corrections/adjustments needed to make both the reporting system identical.

•  Bomel and ARB have submitted bids for Design Build Construction of the Olive Street Parking Garage along with the models.   Both the bidders are expected to submit their best and final offer during last week of January 2005.   This is the first Design Build   Parking Garage Bond Project for the LACCD System.
