1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
- The 30 Year EIR scoping meeting was held on 12/08/04 in the LRC building. The CPM, MDA JF, CAJA, Campus President, VP of Administration, DMJM/JGM and LACCD's legal counsel were present. No attendees from the public were present.
- The CPM currently has the following packages under review:
1) South Campus- 100% CD- concluding April 2005
2) Gymnasium- 50% CD- concluding January 2005
3) F-Ramp- 100% CD- concluding January 2005
- 12/17/04, the CPM, MDA JF and DMJM/JGM submitted the 100% CD package to DSA for review and approval. The approximate review period for DSA is estimated at 6-8 months. On 12/22/04, The CPM delivered the 100% CD review comments to LATTC Administration. LATTC advised to hold off distribution until review comments from the constructability reviewer is received.
- Written questions and responses were released to all bidders as formal addendums to the RFP for the Olive Street Parking garage during this month. On 12/21/04, LATTC, DMJM/JGM, DMJM/JGM's attorney, CPM and the scoring committee met to discuss scoring methods/procedures and different aspects of the RFP selection process. The CPM suggested that the DMJM/JGM attorney assist in procedural oversight of the selection process.
- HAZMAT Abatement was completed on the CTY site on 12/08/04 and demolition on Dunn Edwards building began on 12/20/04.
