1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
- The CPM is currently conducting design and constructability review process for the following:
'F' Ramp Project, in 50% CD stage
Off Site Work- South Campus Project, in 100% CD stage.
Gymnasium Project, in 100% DD stage
NTP to South Campus Project for 100% CD Phase was awarded to MDA JF earlier this month. Several design review resolution meetings were held between the CPM, Reviewers, Architects and consultants.
NTP to Gymnasium contract and F Ramp contract is expected to proceed to Bid & Award Phase in mid-July.

The Construction Technology Yard and the Child Development Center Projects are currently in the bid documentation phase. CPM is working closely with DMJM/JGM to deliver a complete package for the bidding process.

The tabular scoring matrix for design/build RFP for Olive Street Parking garage was presented by DMJM/JGM to the RFP Team (LATTC Management, APM and CPM). This process is drawing to a conclusion with final resolution on the design parameters drafted by MDA JF to be incorporated in the Design/Build RFP.

Pradeep Chaphalkar has joined the CPM Team as Sr. Scheduler. Pradeep has worked with the LA Unified School District as Sr. Project Controls Engineer and the LACCD as Sr. Scheduler. He also has a PH.D in Civil & Environmental Engineering. We welcome Pradeep and look forward to working with him.

The Auto Metal Building construction Projects are moving ahead with 41 RFP's received from the Architect and 25 of 41 cost estimates received from the contractor for the work to be performed. To date 12 change proposals have been approved by the Architect and 9 of 12 have been converted to a change order and the remaining are expected to be approved on 6/28/04.
- On 6/9/04, a Program-wide Staffing Plan was reviewed by the CPM in accordance with the recommended Re-Baseline budget and schedule.

The CPM is interviewing candidates via the E7 Studio for an Office Assistant position. This month, CPM interviewed 3 candidates and will interview more soon. Clarification is being sought from DMJM/JGM for details on the hiring procedure.
