IMPORTANT NOTES |

| DVD - Depending on the DVD, you may need to use the cursor to play your movie. |

| Simply navigate to the "Play Movie" using the arrows, and select "Enter" |

| VOLUME - Please lower the volume before leaving leaving the room. |

POWERPOINT - To use the Projector to show your Powerpoint, hook up the local VGA Cable to your computer, then set your computer to "Screen Mode" [usually by selecting Fn(Function)+an 'F Key' - look for the symbol (shown above on F7) in the same color as the "Function Key"].
PLEASE NOTE: The image may look slightly different and may be on different F-Key. Many laptops will have a graphic next to the actual VGA Out port, this graphic will be on the F-Key you want to use.
Usually, if you connect the VGA cable to your computer before powering up, the computer will recognize the connection and your computer will project automatically. |
