POWERPOINT - To use a video projector to show your Powerpoint, hook the VGA Cable up to your computer, then set your computer to "Screen Mode" [usually by selecting Fn(Function)+an 'F-Key' - look for the symbol (shown below on F7) in the same color as the "Fn"]. PLEASE NOTE: The image may look slightly different and may be on different F-Key. Many laptops will have a graphic next to the actual VGA Out port, this graphic will be on the F-Key you want to use. Usually, if you connect the VGA cable to your computer before powering up, the computer will recognize the connection and your computer will project automatically. |
