What to Do if You Need Help

Each computer station work area includes an orange or yellow cup-like cylinder.  If you require technical assistance, you should place the cylinder of your computer and patiently wait for a lab assistant to help you.  Instructors’ stations are on the north side of the C-Lab.  If you need help with your Learning Skills coursework, ask for an instructor. For students who do not know how to use the computer, Learning Skills offers beginning computer classes to help students develop the essential skills needed to operate a computer as a tool of learning, to be able to publish work, and to conduct research to solve problems, analyze solutions and present results.
