Who Is Eligible?

Students may be eligible for the EOPS program if they satisfy the following requirements:

• Board of Governors Grant Fee Waiver (BOGFW Method A or B)
• Full-time student (12+ units)*
• No more than 6 consecutive semesters With EOPS
• Fewer than 70 college units completed
• Maintain cumulative GPA of 2.0 and above
• California resident for 1 year and 1 day

* Some exceptions may apply.
