What is the online work order system? Our online work order system allows campus faculty and staff to add and review their department's Physical Plant work orders in a web based format.  Users can check the current status of any request submitted to our office or send us a work order using a simple data entry page.  
Who can use it? Any faculty or staff member can sign-up for an account.   If you sign-up for an account, you can view all the work order information from your own department.  Having an account also allows a user to submit work orders to us online.  
How do I sign-up? Click the sign up for an account button.  Please note that this link will only work if your computer is connected to our internal campus network.  Otherwise you will receive a 404 error.
I click on the link and get an error.  What is wrong? Our online system only works from LATTC computers.  If you are working on a LATTC computer, but still receive an error please contact our office at ext. 3612.  
I have an account and password, but I can't login.  What am I doing wrong? Click the Work Order link.  Passwords are not case sensitive, try logging in again, and if you still have problems, please contact us at ext. 3612.
Once I login do I have to login again? No.  Like many websites we use a cookie to remember your account and password.  You can login once and then never login again from your PC.  Of course if you go to another PC you will have to login again. 
How do I logout of your system? Go to the "USER UTILITIES" page.  Select "Logout".  Note: You don't need to logout when you use this system,  not logging out will  prevent you from having to log in every time you need to use our system.
