LATTC’s Culinary Arts Pathway have started a garden here on campus and we’re loving it! We're learning a lot from soil to seed to harvest. Chef instructors have made some wonderful dishes from our produce. We’re working hard to cultivate organic produce and develop a new learning experience for our students. It will become an integral part of our program, teaching sustainability, the cycle of food, and more. We need help to keep it going!
